Were Looking For a Business Development Representative (BDR)

Were looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial & New Business team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.

This role is focused on B2B outbound prospecting, cold email campaigns, lead follow-up, and meeting generation, with a strong emphasis on the United States market and the sale of technology and software development services.

Its an excellent opportunity for someone energetic, persuasive, and growth-oriented, who enjoys commercial challenges and constant interaction with decision-makers in tech-driven companies.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Execute B2B cold outbound prospecting, mainly through email, targeting the US market

  • Design, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns for technology services

  • Identify, qualify, and consistently follow up with leads

  • Generate weekly commercial meetings with potential clients

  • Use prospecting and automation tools (e.g. Apollo) to scale outreach efforts

  • Keep the commercial pipeline up to date and report on results, metrics, and progress

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, value propositions, and outreach strategies

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound prospecting for the US market, preferably selling technology or software services (mandatory)

  • Previous experience working as a BDR or in a similar outbound sales role

  • Hands-on experience with prospecting and automation tools, especially Apollo (mandatory)

  • English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken

  • Strong commercial communication and copywriting skills

  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
