Were Looking For a Business Development Representative (BDR)
Were looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial & New Business team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities.
This role is focused on B2B outbound prospecting, cold email campaigns, lead follow-up, and meeting generation, with a strong emphasis on the United States market and the sale of technology and software development services.
Its an excellent opportunity for someone energetic, persuasive, and growth-oriented, who enjoys commercial challenges and constant interaction with decision-makers in tech-driven companies.
What Youll Be Doing

Execute B2B cold outbound prospecting, mainly through email, targeting the US market

Design, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns for technology services

Identify, qualify, and consistently follow up with leads

Generate weekly commercial meetings with potential clients

Use prospecting and automation tools (e.g. Apollo) to scale outreach efforts
-
Keep the commercial pipeline up to date and report on results, metrics, and progress

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, value propositions, and outreach strategies
What You Bring
-
Proven experience in B2B outbound prospecting for the US market, preferably selling technology or software services (mandatory)

Previous experience working as a BDR or in a similar outbound sales role

Hands-on experience with prospecting and automation tools, especially Apollo (mandatory)

English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken

Strong commercial communication and copywriting skills

High level of organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
