This role combines people leadership, technical execution, and customer-facing ownership. You will be responsible for driving analytics strategy and delivery end-to-end: from understanding business and clinical needs, through data modeling and pipelines, to BI delivery and insight consumption.
You will work closely with clients, product, data engineering, and analytics teams, while actively contributing at a technical level and mentoring analysts and BI engineers. This is a true player–coach role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the data while leading teams and outcomes.
What Youll Be Doing

Own the full analytics lifecycle: requirements discovery, data modeling, transformations, BI delivery, validation, and ongoing optimization
-

-
Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Redshift, dbt, and related tools

Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and reliability across the analytics stack
BI, Insights & Visualization
-
Oversee and build customer-facing dashboards and reports that turn complex healthcare data into clear, actionable insights
-
Work with BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Management
-
Act as the primary analytics partner for clients, leading discussions, demos, and presentations
-
Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences
Team Leadership & Mentorship
-
Lead, mentor, and support BI analysts and analytics engineers
-
Establish best practices for SQL, data modeling, dashboard design, documentation, and code reviews
Data Governance & Continuous Improvement
-
Champion data governance, security, and quality standards
-
Identify opportunities to improve metrics, automation, tooling, and analytics processes based on client and business needs
