Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable and manage cash flow forecasts
  • Manage banking operations including handling payments, fund transfers and maintaining relationships with banks
  • Work closely with banks on loan documentation, processing, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and internal controls
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
