About the job Assistant Manager - Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and manage cash flow forecasts
- Manage banking operations including handling payments, fund transfers and maintaining relationships with banks
- Work closely with banks on loan documentation, processing, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and internal controls
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Experience
- Minimum 3 Years of experience
