About the job Digital Marketing Specialist (Rockdale)
Mission
This role reports to the Vice-President Branding & Communications. You will join a communications department that’s focused on the creation of customer value across all digital and traditional channels. Working with multiple divisions and supporting four regions, we lead the targeting of key customers, groups, and stakeholders with engaging, insightful content. Our goal is to be First in Mind – First in Choice. This requires us to be present where our customers are, ensuring the visibility and consistency of our brand across all relevant platforms. Your role will focus on working across all aspects of content strategy. You will join a dynamic team that is working as an internal agency to all stakeholders across our 900+ people business unit.
Roles And Responsibilities
Drive and maintain content calendar across blogs, web sites, social media, and all digital channels.
Write and publish first class content through interviewing key stakeholders and primary research.
Manage all aspects of our local web site and targeted campaign pages.
HubSpot database management, including development and segmentation.
Marketing automation strategy, design, and implementation.
Email template design.
Social media planning, posting, and monitoring.
Developing reports and dashboards to demonstrate ROI and value creation.
Wok with our product management team and content team to develop the needed and appropriate content.
Work with the communications team on key events as needed.

What we expect of you?
Hubspot certified.
Previous experience Sprout Social and Adobe AEM is a plus.
Experience in similar B2B companies is a plus.
Must be able to work independently and on a team, have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent through a combination of education and experience.
