Specific Requirements & Qualifications for the Staff Architect position:
- A professionally accredited degree in architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience at an architectural design office
- Significant, prior project work experience in Revit
- AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills are desirable
- Ability to design space plans and building elevations with assistance
- Ability to develop construction documents under the direction
- Communicate with and assist in-house or remote teams of drafters
- Ability to conduct construction administration services under the direction
- Attend client, consultant, and contractor meetings
- Conduct product research, analyze options and consult with product representatives
- Have great organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects
- Have excellent communication and graphic presentation skills
- Make site visits to photograph and measure existing structures
- Create as-built drawings of existing buildings
- Be a happy, positive, and friendly person
- Represent the firm in the community
