About the job International Recruitment Manager
A Canadian-based B2B Online Advertising company hiring for an International Recruitment Manager with the minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Approach the required consultants/candidates and increase the pool of candidates.
- Search relevant candidates from America and Canada through all available sources.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Conduct technical interview, negotiation on rate/compensation and location preferences with potential consultants/candidates, and finalize terms & conditions with them.
Requirements
- The person should have the ability to negotiate and find the candidate over the call as per the client requirements.
- Calling and taking an initial interview and hiring them for the post in the UK ,Usa ,and Canada.
- Detailed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and VOIP structured)
- Have Minimum 2 years of international recruitment experience
Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce); considered an asset
