Job Description:

We are seeking individuals who have had the enriching experience of residing in countries where the market language of the role they have applied for is spoken ( (i.e. Spain)
Candidates should have spent a considerable duration immersing themselves in the local culture, dialects, and customs corresponding to their language proficiency (i.e. Spain).

Position: Culture and Communication Trainer

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Employment type: Full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on enhancing communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and cross-cultural understanding, specifically tailored for Spanish-speaking employees
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules, to support the learning objectives
  • Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation and understanding among participants
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed to address specific communication challenges or cultural differences
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cultural nuances relevant to the BPO industry and the German-speaking market
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, providing cultural orientation and language support as required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency) is essential + fluency in English (both verbal and written)
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Intercultural Studies, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator, delivering culture and communication training programs in a multicultural environment
    • Strong understanding of cultural differences, communication styles, and business etiquette in both Spanish-speaking countries and the global context
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
    • Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is highly desirable
    • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels
    • Flexibility to adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
    • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CTT+, CPLP, ACC) is an advantage.
