Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients who have shown interest in our financial services/products
  • Convert warm leads into active customers by building strong relationships and offering top-tier service
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process and educate them on investment opportunities
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets using persuasive communication and negotiation skills
  • Stay updated on market trends and company products to ensure clients get the best possible advice

Requirements:

  • C2 or Native-level German (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer care is a must (preferably in financial services, forex, or similar industries)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving targets
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow
