Responsibilities:

• Transcribe character and number data from documents, data sheets, and web forms into the relevant digital records and data stores
• Update existing data inputs when fresh details comes in
• Manage and update filing systems for original files and resources
• Contribute to other clerical responsibilities like copying, sending faxes, and document organization when required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or comparable
• Fundamental computing abilities; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data transcription applications a plus
• Ability to keyboard at least 35 wpm
• Familiarity with data transcription, customer service, customer care, retail, telemarketing or scheduling
