Job Summary:

Handles the day-to-day work in HR Department including but not limited to: payroll transactions, attendance and overtime records, follow up of employees' performance appraisal and coordinating all training activities within the assigned Concluding the orientation of new hires. Documents and follows up all activities related to Staff Qualifications and stated in the National and International Health care Accreditation Standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.

MUST have Good Computer Skills in using the web-based Government Applications and Microsoft Word & Excel.

Good communication skills in both Arabic and English is a MUST.

One (1) year related experience is an advantage.

Updated knowledge of Labor Law and Regulations in the Country of Operation is an advantage.

Proven Competency in utilizing HR Information Systems & Programs is an advantage
