Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Craft strategies for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. This involves understanding the brand's voice, audience preferences, and current social media trends.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for various social media platforms. This includes writing posts, creating images or videos, and scheduling content using social media management tools.
  3. Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, managing community conversations, and fostering an engaging online community.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews. Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure brand consistency.
  6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies. Attend educational conferences and participate in professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
