Accounts Payable Analyst - Employee reimbursements and credit card
HYBRID, PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY: CONSHOHOCKEN, PA
Our client is seeking a motivated and organized AP Analyst.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare & process employee expense reimbursement payments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all expense reports are entered and/or uploaded into Workday timey and accurately.
- Field employee questions on navigating the expense module and assist in entry.
- Verify expenses entered for corporate credit card are processed in Workday on a timely basis.
- Collaborate with managers of terminated employees to complete outstanding expense report.
- Administer company issues AMEX Credit Program
- Complete monthly credit reconciliations
- Process monthly ViSA data
- Issue new VISA cards
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 2 years in accounting or AP
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
