Accounts Payable Analyst - Employee reimbursements and credit card

HYBRID, PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY: CONSHOHOCKEN, PA

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized AP Analyst.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare & process employee expense reimbursement payments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all expense reports are entered and/or uploaded into Workday timey and accurately.
  • Field employee questions on navigating the expense module and assist in entry.
  • Verify expenses entered for corporate credit card are processed in Workday on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with managers of terminated employees to complete outstanding expense report.
  • Administer company issues AMEX Credit Program
  • Complete monthly credit reconciliations
  • Process monthly ViSA data
  • Issue new VISA cards

What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 2 years in accounting or AP
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
