Primary Responsibilities

1. Provide necessary reports to the President with regard to Recruitment Activities, Deployment, and Monitoring.

2. Formulate Job Descriptions and Application Forms Necessary for the Applicants through Recruitment Tracking System.

3. Monitor Job Applicant Pipelines and deployment to Clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Preferably graduate of any business-related courses

Experience

Preferably with experience in the Human Resource Management
