We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer or Sales Leader, ready to take on the challenge of scaling a purpose-driven financial services business. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this key role offers a base salary ranging from $130,000 to $200,000, with an additional .1% increase per million in assets under management (AUM), equivalent to $1,000 per million. Equity options are substantial, including 30 to 50 BPS over four years, with an extra 10 BPS for every $10 million increase in AUM.

Non-negotiable:

  • Previous experience selling to or working in Wealth Management
  • Exceptionally driven, with a focus on commission-based compensation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive new sales and revenue between Wealth Advisors, DAF Providers, Corporations, and our technology platform
  • Develop multiple revenue streams and a prioritized sales pipeline for high-leverage growth opportunities
  • Quantify success and communicate strategy to executive leadership
  • Actively market to and engage with potential customers both virtually and in person
  • Ensure long-term sustainability of the business through robust revenue channels
