This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling AI-powered applications for high-impact public sector deployments. Engaging at every stage of the development lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to full-scale implementation this position ensures AI solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with public sector teams to develop and deploy AI-driven applications.
• Design and optimize full-stack solutions using Python, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure.
• Guide best practices for AI integration, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to maximize AIs operational impact.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in customer-facing or embedded roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Experience deploying and scaling production AI applications.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
• A mindset of ownership, adaptability, and execution in high-stakes environments.
