About the Role
We're searching for a seasoned RF signal interpretation and processing expert to lead innovative product development. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product strategists, and mission specialists, applying your expertise to craft world-class sensing solutions.

Your Impact

• Design and deploy RF sensing systems to identify known signals and analyze unknown ones.
• Collaborate across domains including machine learning, hardware, embedded software, and visualization.
• Mentor engineers to elevate the team's RF sensing knowledge.
• Travel (up to 20%) to engage with mission owners, gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Your Expertise

• Deep experience with RF systems, including sensors and SDRs.
• Mastery of RF signal concepts like modulation techniques, beamforming, and adaptive signal processing.
• Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end signal processing capabilities.
• Strong communication skills to guide teams with varying levels of RF expertise.

Bonus Skills

• Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI) or eligibility.
• Python experience in production systems.
