Position Overview: As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the cybersecurity posture by leading the development and execution of the cyber threat intelligence program. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cybersecurity, with specific expertise in threat intelligence within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cyber threat intelligence program tailored to the financial services industry.
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, providing timely and relevant intelligence to inform security strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and assess potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the organization's assets.
- Manage a team of threat intelligence analysts, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Produce and disseminate threat intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and incident response efforts.
- Collaborate with external partners, industry forums, and government agencies to enhance threat intelligence capabilities and stay informed about the threat landscape.
- Conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness of the cyber threat intelligence program and recommend enhancements as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including IT, security operations, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cyber threat intelligence.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of threat intelligence analysts.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies relevant to the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms, open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, and industry-standard frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for producing intelligence reports and effectively briefing stakeholders.
