Job Description:

The Company: A prominent player in the financial services domain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to join the team in Singapore. 

Position Overview: As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the cybersecurity posture by leading the development and execution of the cyber threat intelligence program. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cybersecurity, with specific expertise in threat intelligence within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive cyber threat intelligence program tailored to the financial services industry.
  2. Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, providing timely and relevant intelligence to inform security strategies.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and assess potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks to the organization's assets.
  4. Manage a team of threat intelligence analysts, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  5. Produce and disseminate threat intelligence reports, briefings, and alerts to relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and incident response efforts.
  6. Collaborate with external partners, industry forums, and government agencies to enhance threat intelligence capabilities and stay informed about the threat landscape.
  7. Conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness of the cyber threat intelligence program and recommend enhancements as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including IT, security operations, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cyber threat intelligence.
  3. Proven experience in managing and leading a team of threat intelligence analysts.
  4. In-depth knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies relevant to the financial services sector.
  5. Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms, open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, and industry-standard frameworks.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable intelligence.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for producing intelligence reports and effectively briefing stakeholders.
