About the job Customer Success (Hybrid)
Strive for the success of customer adoption by delivering the value of the Bill One service, establishing the service as an indispensable business infrastructure, and securing eventual contract renewal and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Efforts toward customer success and operational support are required for local and international customers of the Bill One service based in Thai and ASEAN regions in the future customers who have completed the onboarding phase and enhanced usage for adoption.
- Develop a "trusted adviser" relationship with customer stakeholders and be focused on ensuring that the customers leverage the Bill One service to achieve full business value on overall product adoption; identify growth opportunities and potential risks within the customer's portfolio.
- Conduct periodic meetings for confirmation of operation status and areas for improvement of functions and services for the Product Development Department based on customer feedback and Thai regulations.
- Support product promotion by delivering product value to customers as new functions are released, communicating case studies and customer references to support sales activities, and improving existing processes to better serve the customers.
- Based on those best practices and success cases, educate the customer and employee through direct interaction, webinars, and events. ・ Account management after onboarding support and seeking expansion opportunities such as upsells and obtaining referrals.

Skills
General financial and/or accounting knowledge and/or skills in accounting and/or financial auditing (min. 3 years)Experience in the B2B consulting industry is a bonus
