About the job Associate Creative Director for Graphic Design (Hybrid)

  • Co-head the Graphic Design Department, in charge of overall strategy and planning for the department
  • Coordinate with internal or external clients to set creatives-related goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign. Align with other departments to create a cohesive, effective, winning campaign.
  • Conduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends for effective use in creative design executions.
  • Monitor and manage the quality of output of the Design Team and supervise their training & development
  • Troubleshoot design concerns, quality check design and videos
  • Manage and troubleshoot department workflow, traffic and technical competencies
  • Improve and elevate departments work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, improving on Art department workflow, taste and culture of excellence
  • Personally execute content whenever necessary, such as when manpower cannot attain the correct level of quality or taste, to troubleshoot an escalated client concern with quality, or when manpower is full.
