DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the real estate president to formulate real estate strategic planning and annual business plans.

Provide professional advice to the real estate president to make important decisions such as the company's investment direction and intensity, as well as the development pace of real estate's existing land and deep cultivation in key cities.

Responsible for the investment and development work of the real estate sector, and guide the work of the investment development department, marketing management department, engineering management department, operation management center and other departments.

Formulate the job structure and responsibilities of the investment and development center, follow up on feedback and supervise matters, assign them to relevant departments for execution and do a good job in follow-up and implementation.

Cooperate with the Finance Department and the Legal Department to handle legal procedures such as equity participation in the cooperative company.

Cooperate with the financing department to prepare a project business plan.

Guide the Investment and Development Department to carry out pre-project land research, land planning, docking with design institutes, and implementation of project plans.

Guide the project management department to optimize projects, contract procurement, ensure compliance and completeness of approval and construction procedures, and monitor project construction quality.

Guide the marketing and operations department to plan the housing sales in the middle and later stages of the project and complete the real estate companys annual sales targets.

Guide the property management department to do a good job in property operation and maintenance, carry out various business cooperation, customer, and management work.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES (Filipino-Chinese)

1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration, land management, urban planning, or real estate related majors. Applicants with experience in investment and development management of listed companies or overseas work experience are preferred.

2 More than eight years of relevant work experience in real estate development, engineering, planning, etc.; More than five years of management experience as manager of the investment development and project development department or above.

3. Be familiar with the overall development process of real estate projects, real estate industry analysis methods, strategic management, and relevant policies for real estate development.

4. Familiar with real estate project evaluation and calculation and economic benefit analysis.

5. Strong public relations, development, and other abilities.

6. English can be used as the working language but can speak with Mandarin or fookien
