Job Qualifications:
- No BPO experience required
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to work full-time onsite, shifting schedules, and split offs
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and protocols for handling customer inquiries and escalations
