Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist with extensive expertise in personal branding and short-form content. The successful candidate will oversee the growth and management of creator accounts across Instagram and TikTok, leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and viral potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for various creators.

Manage end-to-end content production, including calendars, scriptwriting, ideation, and video sourcing.

Produce and edit high-impact Instagram Reels and TikTok content.

Oversee paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads/Facebook Business Manager.

Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize reach and virality.

Collaborate closely with marketing leadership and external stakeholders.

Maintain cohesive and effective personal branding across all digital platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

1–2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing.

Proven track record in managing personal brands or creator accounts (mandatory).

In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platform dynamics.

Proficient in creating and editing short-form video content.

Practical experience with Meta Ads and Facebook Business Manager.

Exceptional understanding of current social media trends and viral content strategies.

English proficiency (C1+); fluency in German is required for one specific position.

Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred: Experience in influencer or adult creator marketing.
