Scrum Master

Greetings!
We are a small team of professionals who are creating new exciting projects in the online gambling industry.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team and play a vital role in crafting exceptional engaging interfaces for our cutting-edge gaming platforms.
This is a position with relocation to Dubai, UAE.

Our main tech stack:

AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, C#, .NET, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, TS, JS, ReactJS, Redux, Less, Sass, Webpack.

Responsibilities:

• Be a Scrum master with a focus on coaching the team towards self-organization and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Scrum events, discussions and decision making where needed
• Assist the management with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog
• Identify and maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
• Leading project teams and coordinating key project related activities
• Determining and defining, together with the team, projects scope and objectives
• Ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
• Measuring projects performance and reporting of their progress
• Risk analysis and management

Required Skills:

• BSc Degree in Management, Computer Science, Technology or Engineering
• Min 4 years experience in coordinating software projects and Agile teams in IT
• Working Experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager
• People-focuses: empathetic, courageous, open and energetic with a natural tendency to improve others
• A strong communicator with advanced organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with popular methodologies, especially from Agile world (Scrum and Kanban) and best practices;
• Experience in the software full life cycle preferred;
• B1+ English
