Mid-Level / Senior API Integration Developer Game API Provider Integration

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Mid-Level / Senior API Integration Developer to join our backend team. The ideal candidate will have experience in integrating third-party game providers into gaming platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with our backend engineers and product teams to create robust API connections, enabling a smooth player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain API integrations with multiple game providers.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend solutions using Node.js and Express.js.
• Optimize database queries and data structures in PostgreSQL.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of API connections through rigorous testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and implement necessary API functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues in a timely manner.
• Document API connections and maintain up-to-date integration guide-lines.
• (Optional) Work with microservices architecture and Cloudflare
• Workers for scalable backend solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development and API integrations.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Expertise in RESTful API development and third-party API integration.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and schema design.
• Experience handling authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, or API keys.
• Knowledge of best practices in API security and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environ-ment.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating with casino and gaming industry APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture. Knowledge of Cloudflare Workers for edge computing.
• Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication protocols.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
