We are looking for a results-driven IT Project Manager to take ownership of our outstaffing department and process optimization within the company. This is a strategic role that requires a hands-on approach to managing client relations, overseeing internal hiring, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, experience in process management and the ability to work with both clients and developers. There is a significant opportunity for career growth, with the potential to advance into a COO role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand new department, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage client relationships and drive successful long-term collaborations.
- Optimize internal hiring and operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Implement Agile/Kanban methodologies and improve workflow structures.
- Coordinate teams and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Take ownership of administrative processes, including contracts, payments, and tools management.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English and Russian.
- Experience with PM tools such as ClickUp / Notion / Monday.
- Strong understanding of IT industry processes and software development.
- Hands-on experience in outsourcing / outstaffing companies on the position of Project Manager.
- Extensive experience with internal hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding key team members.
- Proven ability to manage teams, clients, and internal processes effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate with technical specialists confidently.
