Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backoffice) Casino & Online Gaming Industry

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Backoffice team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support our operational needs. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Backoffice platform for managing casino operations, payments, user accounts, and analytics.
• Work on both front-end and back-end components, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience for internal teams.
• Optimize database performance and write efficient queries in PostgreSQL.
• Implement state management solutions using Redux or Context API.
• Design and build scalable APIs using Express.js.
• Develop and maintain responsive UI components with React.js and Next.js.
• Ensure robust authentication and authorization mechanisms within the backoffice system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
• Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain high coding standards, conduct code reviews, and follow best practices in software development.
• (Optional) Work with microservices architecture and Cloudflare
• Workers for high-performance distributed applications.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Industry experience in online gaming, casino, or fintech is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux/Context
  API.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including query optimization and database design.
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare Workers and edge computing. 
• Knowledge of WebSockets for real-time applications.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of security best practices in web applications.
