The “I Refer” Arrangement Terms and Conditions.
The following terms create a legal agreement between the person referring a person or people (the “Referrer”) and Cybershark Limited (the “Company”), which owns the website www.cybersharkhk.com.
The Scheme lets Referrers promote the Company’s program and earn a gift for successful referrals.
Key Terms
- “Candidate” A person already registered with the Company on the database.
- “Arrangement” The “I Refer” program.
- “Referrer” A Candidate who refers a person or persons
- “Referee” A person or the persons referred by the Referrer who is not already a Candidate on the company database.
Duration
This arrangement is valid until midnight on December 31, 2025. Referrals made after this date won't qualify for rewards.
Who Can Participate
Referrers must:
- Be registered Candidates on the company database.
- Refer a person or persons who are not already Candidates or haven’t been in contact with the Company for 12 months.
- Ensure the Referee is aware and agrees to share their information with the Company before the referral.
- Understand that each Referee can only be referred once. The first Referrer with permission will earn the gift.
- Company employees are not eligible.
- Ensure the Referee is hired by a Company client within 6 months of the referral.
Responsibilities of the Referrer
- Referrers must contact a Company consultant to claim their gift.
- Referrers are responsible for obtaining consent from Referees before sharing their information.
- The Company isn’t liable for any issues related to gifts or products used by Referrers.
- Referrers must only make approved statements about the Company.
- Full and accurate information about Referees must be provided.
Earning Gifts
Referrers can claim gifts if they meet the conditions:
- Gifts can be claimed after the Referee starts working and completes their probation, with a potential value of up to HK$2,500 in vouchers for successful referrals.
- The Company isn’t responsible for taxes related to these gifts.
- If the Company cannot provide the specified gift, a similar value substitute will be given.

- These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
