Job Summary: We are on the lookout for an adep Senior M365 & Security Specialist with a robust background in Microsoft 365 (M365), including Intune and Microsoft Defender. This role focuses on deploying, managing, and securing M365 services, ensuring clients benefit from robust, compliant, and efficient digital environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, manage, and optimize M365 services, including email, collaboration tools, and security features.
• Administer and support M365 security tools such as Intune for device management and Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.
• Design and implement security policies and compliance settings across M365 services to safeguard data and infrastructure.
• Lead M365 migrations, ensuring a strategic approach to minimize disruption and maintain operational excellence.
• Provide expert advice on the use of M365 security tools to internal stakeholders and clients, promoting best practices in security and compliance.
• Facilitate training sessions for users to maximize their use of M365 tools, including security and compliance features.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor M365 security solutions that align with their business goals and our customer-obsessed values.

Requirements:

• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• Demonstrable experience with M365 applications, including Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong grasp of cloud security, compliance frameworks, and identity management.
• Proven track record of managing M365 security and compliance features.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a history of leading successful IT security projects.
• Outstanding communication skills with an ability to propose customer-focused solutions.
