1-Month Creative Opportunity in Cyprus

About the Opportunity

Are you energetic, creative, confident in front of the camera and looking for an exciting opportunity to spend a month in Cyprus?

We are looking for a young, dynamic and outgoing Content Creator / Social Media Presenter to join a leading property development company in Cyprus for a one-month creative project.

This is not a traditional office-based role.

You will be visiting beautiful properties, exploring Cyprus, appearing in videos, creating engaging social media content and helping us bring our real estate projects to life through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who naturally enjoys being in front of the camera and can turn a property, location or lifestyle experience into content that people want to watch and share.

What You Will Do

Your main role will be to create engaging video content for our real estate brand.

You will:

• Appear in front of the camera and present properties
• Create engaging property tours and walkthroughs
• Produce content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
• Develop creative ideas, scripts, hooks and concepts for short-form videos
• Showcase the Cyprus lifestyle alongside our properties
• Visit different properties, developments and locations around Paphos
• Present naturally and confidently on camera
• Bring your own creative ideas and personality to our content
• Take photos and videos for social media
• Ideally, film and edit short-form content for social media
• Work with our marketing team to develop content that generates engagement and leads

Who We Are Looking For

• Very comfortable being in front of the camera
• Confident speaking English
• Natural and engaging when speaking to an audience
• Comfortable creating TikTok/Reels/Shorts-style content
• Social-media savvy and understands what makes content engaging
• Creative, spontaneous and able to think outside the box
• Presentable and professional
• Comfortable visiting and filming inside luxury properties
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently

Experience is a Plus — But Personality Matters More

You do not necessarily need years of professional experience.

We are interested in people who already create content, influencers, UGC creators, presenters, actors, models, social media personalities, digital creators or simply someone with a great personality and natural talent for entertaining and engaging an audience.
