About the job Hotel Manager
The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, proven leadership skills, and extensive
experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B) management. This
role demands a professional with a dynamic presence, capable of managing a high-end
hotel that caters to a well-travelled clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the hotel staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and hotel profitability.
- Manage the Food & Beverage department, ensuring excellence in dining services and
operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all hotel areas.
- Monitor and manage the hotels financial performance, including budgeting and cost
control.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve the guest experience.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote the hotel.
- Oversee staff training and development, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience and expertise in Food & Beverage management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Robust personality with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
