Guest Relations

We are seeking an experienced and personable Guest Relations Officer to join our luxury 5-star hotel in Peyia.

The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing guest needs. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and any special events.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, room service, etc.) to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
• Assist with VIP guest services, including personalized attention and special accommodations.
• Monitor guest feedback and collaborate with the management team to implement improvements.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and feedback for future visits.
• Handle guest reservations, room upgrades, and special arrangements (e.g., transportation, spa bookings).

Ensure that all guest relations activities are aligned with the hotels high standards of service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Guest Relations or similar role in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel) is preferred.
