About the job Office Receptionist / Law Firm
A leading law firm in Paphos is seeking for a dynamic energetic candidate to fulfil the position of Office Receptionist.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent customer experience to all clients that come into contact with the firm.
Main duties:
- Handle walk-in enquiries Arrange lawyer appointments
- Answer and route all incoming calls
- Handle outgoing calls Send emails to intended recipients for messages taken
- Prepare photocopies
- Scan documents
- Customer hospitality (coffee / refreshments)
- Courier waybill / document preparation
- Meeting planning
- Comply with corporate code of conduct
- To travel to external locations as per management directions
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Directors and Heads of departments
Contacts:
- All internal & external contacts
- Problem Solving:
- Appointment / meeting clashes
Decision Making:
- Time management related Planning and Organization:
- Own schedule in order to meet all deadlines
Job Challenge:
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere to all in situ and virtual visitors, irrespective of workload
Qualifications, knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Secondary school leaving certificate / Secretarial studies / office management
- At least two years experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (spoken & written)
- Computer literate (MS Office suite and ability to learn software tools and applications used by the company)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Personal integrity & discretion
- Pleasant disposition
