Pool Attendant

A luxury Collection Resort & Spa, is looking for enthusiastic, and hard-working Pool Attendant.

Position Overview

The Pool Attendant will keep the area of outdoor pool and beach clean and tidy, up to the hotels standards.

Key responsibilities

• Keep clean the beach and pool area, keep sunbeds and umbrellas in order.

• Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local

  operating procedure in the event of an emergency.

• Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.

• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training

  and certifications.

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance

  problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications.

  Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent

• 1+ years prior experience as Pool Attendant or customer service-related field

• Excellent Knowledge of English Language (Greek & Russian Language is a plus)

• Physical mobility and stamina required

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Able to work in an outside environment

• Qualified with first aid certificate (Lifeguard certificate is a plus)

• Pleasant Personality
