A leading property developing company based in Paphos is currently looking for an Office Administrator
One of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management and construction.
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for its offices in Paphos.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors to the office and assisting them with any queries.
- Answering calls, transferring calls and taking messages to colleagues.
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail for the company.
- Maintaining calendars and appointments of behalf of colleagues.
- Filing, copying and sorting of company documentation
- Any other relevant duties to assist with the smooth running of the office.
Requirements:
- Ideally educated in Business Administration or Secretarial Studies.
- A minimum of 2+ year or relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English are a must.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
