A International Freight Forwarding company with base in Limassol is looking for a dynamic energetic candidate to fulfil the position of Office Administrator.
The candidates responsibilities and requirements are as bellow.
Responsibilities:
· Organising import shipments and documents
· Tracking and communicating shipments status to customers
· Answering telephones
· Contacting trading companies by telephone and email for promoting and informing about our company services
Requirements/Qualifications:
· Experience in freight forwarding / logistics industry will be considered a plus.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
· Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language.
· Excellent organisational & multi-tasking skills.
· Strong customer service skills and able to make outbound calls to customers.
· Pleasant personality.
Our working days/hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 (30 minutes lunch break).
