Accountant

We are seeking on behalf of our client to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our team as Accountant

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• LCC Higher or other equivalent qualifications will be considered as advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Solid knowledge of Tax and Accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of E­Soft accounting software will be considered an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek).
• Team spirit, highly self-motivated and organized.
• Willingness to develop

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the day- to -day financial operation of the company including bookkeeping, payroll and accounts payable and receivable.
• Performing Debtors, Creditors, Bank and any other reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance with regulation requirements and company policies.
• Ensures adherence of the company to the International Financial Reporting Standards.
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as requested.
