A well established restaurant located in Pissouri Limassol is seeking for immediate recruit a COOK A for its Mediterranean Kitchen. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist head chef
• Oversee food preparation, checking that all kitchen staff are performing their duties
• Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed
• Help with stock control

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience 3 years in equivalent position
• Successful candidate must be a graduated of a hotel ,culinary school
• knowledgeable of Mediterranean cousin
• Greek and English language is necessary
• Organization skills
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work under extreme pressure
• The ability to communicate in a fast-moving environment
• The ability to make good food consistently, even in a busy kitchen
