Agile Team Leader

Overview:

As an Agile Team Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the team by facilitating smooth workflows, removing roadblocks, and maintaining transparency. You will help the team follow Agile principles, enhance their efficiency, and ensure project goals are met on time. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Agile processes are understood and followed by the team.

• Facilitate daily standups, iteration reviews, and planning meetings.

• Assist in removing impediments to keep the team moving forward.

• Maintain visibility of the teams progress and manage work- in-process.

• Keep the project board and project management tools up to date.

• Help the Product Owner develop and prioritize the product backlog.

• Promote knowledge sharing and lessons learned across teams.

  Requirements:

• Proven experience in Agile team leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to facilitate and support team collaboration and

  continuous improvement.

  Desirable Skills:

• Understanding of Video streaming platform

• Prior experience and / or passion for online gaming
