Learnership Overview:

We currently have a great opportunity available for 24x vibrant learners looking to cement their careers within the Contact Centre industry. A Learnership is a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework. The duration of a Learnership is twelve months.

Skills and Experience:

To be considered for this learnership opportunity, we require you to meet the following requirements:

· In possession of your grade 12 certificate. Not the statement of results.

· Interested applicants must have a valid learners/driver's license

· +1 year of working experience within the Call Centre industry or an interest in the industry.

· Interested applicants must not have completed the same learnership.

· Be a South African citizen by birth

· Between the ages of 18-30

· Must not be employed or studying full time

· Computer Literate (MS Office)

· Fully proficient in English

· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

· Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

· Skills: Attention to detail, Conflict management, and Professionalism

· Must have no criminal record/activity on your profile

· Resilience and commitment to the program
