Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Support inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and operational documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
  • Only Singapore Citizens.
