Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service staff, ensuring adherence to fine dining protocols and service excellence.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling feedback professionally.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Support inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service.
- Handle administrative tasks such as reporting and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.
- Only Singapore Citizens.
