Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Provide outstanding guest experiences, ensuring all patrons receive top-notch service befitting a fine dining establishment.
• Lead, inspire, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial aspects to meet the restaurant's financial goals.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the fine dining sector of the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional guest relations and service skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to motivate and build a strong team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
