Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of a cloud kitchen facility. This role involves managing kitchen staff, streamlining order processes, coordinating with delivery platforms, and ensuring high-quality food production and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, leadership, and a deep understanding of delivery-focused food businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring efficiency and seamless workflow.
  • Oversee order processing and ensure timely and accurate preparation for deliveries.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure regular maintenance and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards as per Saudi regulations.

2. Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching or training as needed.

3. Delivery Coordination:

  • Act as the point of contact for delivery partners like Talabat, Jahez, or HungerStation.
  • Monitor delivery times and resolve any logistical or operational issues.
  • Ensure proper packaging to maintain food quality during transportation.

4. Quality Control:

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain consistent food standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or quality-related issues promptly.

5. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Optimize purchasing processes to minimize wastage and control costs.
  • Track and forecast inventory needs based on demand trends.

6. Financial Oversight:

  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the kitchen.
  • Monitor costs related to food production, labor, and delivery operations.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.

7. Marketing and Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate promotions on delivery platforms.
  • Work with chefs and culinary teams to introduce new menu items or virtual brands.
  • Use data analytics to identify popular dishes, optimize pricing, and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in kitchen management, cloud kitchens, or food delivery operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and food production processes.
  • Proficiency in delivery management platforms (e.g., Talabat, Jahez, HungerStation).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Saudi food safety regulations is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
