Executive Assistant (reporting to Manager, Principals Office)
Job Description:
Primarily report to the Manager, Principals Office and provide full spectrum of independent secretarial and personal assistant support to the Director(s) and family member(s).
Manage calendar and coordinate business/personal appointments and travel arrangements for the Director(s) and family member(s)
Prepare business correspondences, reports, presentation materials, meeting minutes etc.
Assist in logistic household management and monitor the schedules of personal drivers as required
Liaise, coordinate, implement and follow up with both internal and external parties on day-to-day business operations and personal matters
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Tertiary education with minimum of 10 years of executive secretarial/executive assistant experience in sizable organizations
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Office applications and Outlook
Sound knowledge in Shorthand a definite advantage
Positive attitude, dependable, be committed and well organized
Good multi-tasking and time management skills
Be initiative
