Operations Manager / Restaurant General Manager

Job responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  2. Identify market trends, competition and customer preferences to make informed decisions
  3. Oversee daily restaurant operations
  4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards with compliance with health and safety regulations
  5. Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs
  6. Implement pricing strategies and inventory control measure to maximize profits
  7. Collaborate with Head chef to design menus that ensure quality, variety and cost effectiveness
  8. Set and maintain high standards for customer service and guest satisfaction
  9. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly
  10. Ensure that all offerings served meet the companys standards
  11. Support and follow instructions provided by the director and reporting Managment
  12. Arrange and provide data for internal analysis and meetings
  13. Use professionalism and role-playing to build strong team dynamics and leadership among all departments.
  14. Be adaptable and available with working schedule during the year's busiest time.
  15. The manager's attendance on weekends, public holiday and festive days is essential.
  16. Ensure that the restaurant is in perfect condition before and after each daily shift.

Job Requirements:

  1. Multiple years of prior management experience in 2/3 Michelin starred restaurants
  2. Excellent skills communication
  3. Advanced English level
  4. Knowledge of F&B trends and industry best practices
