Job Summary:

The Director of People and Culture is responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to develop the organization's culture, talent management, learning, training, development, and succession planning. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director and Heads of Department to review each department's HR needs and create a more open, agile, and externally focused culture.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategies and implementation for talent management, learning, training, development, and succession planning.
Work with the Executive Director and Heads of Department to review the HR needs for each department and position.
Create and implement initiatives to develop an open, agile, and externally focused culture.
Report regularly to the Executive Director on the implementation of HR programs.
Oversee the preparation, update, and implementation of HR policies, rules, and procedures.
Manage the compensation and benefits system.
Assist department heads in their manpower planning and prepare HR budgets.
Support all departments in recruitment and selection and plan orientation programs for new staff.
Identify, coordinate, organize, and evaluate organization-wide training and development courses.
Conduct analyses and prepare reports/papers on HR-related issues.
Provide counseling to staff whenever required.
Handle and mediate staff grievances.
Maintain good employees' relations and morale.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of experience ina human resources leadership role.
Strong people management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations.
Experience in talent management, learning, training, development, and succession planning.
Experience in creating and implementing initiatives to develop organizational culture.
Experience in mediation and conflict resolution.
Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and developing talent within the organization.
