KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated expertise in both Cantonese and Northern Chinese cuisines, with a nuanced understanding of regional techniques and ingredients.
- Familiarity with the structure of a traditional Chinese kitchen, including wok, dim sum, roast, grill, and soup sections.
