Sous Chef Job Brief:

  • Specialized in Kaiseki cuisine
  • Working in Kaiseki restaurant at least 7 years
  • Experiencing in fine dining restaurant
  • Strong management skills in terms of manage kitchen and staff, following instruction from the Head Chef
  • Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Recruit and manage kitchen staff
  • Rectify arising problems or complaints Give prepared plates the final touch Perform administrative duties
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards 
  • Keep time and payroll records
  • Reporting, including food cost and labor cost
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers requirements.
