Sous Chef Job Brief:
- Specialized in Kaiseki cuisine
- Working in Kaiseki restaurant at least 7 years
- Experiencing in fine dining restaurant
- Strong management skills in terms of manage kitchen and staff, following instruction from the Head Chef
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs Recruit and manage kitchen staff
- Rectify arising problems or complaints Give prepared plates the final touch Perform administrative duties
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Keep time and payroll records
- Reporting, including food cost and labor cost
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers requirements.
