We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery. In this role, you will collaborate with product and technical leads, manage delivery plans, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing cross-functional software development projects, strong Agile knowledge, and proven skills in budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Solid business acumen, excellent organizational abilities, and fluency in English and Spanish are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of development initiatives;
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, and success criteria;
• Build and maintain realistic delivery plans, track progress, and manage risks/issues proactively;
• Facilitate team ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, reviews, stand-ups) and ensure alignment across the team;
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization with PO and technical leads;
• Manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies, ensuring smooth collaboration with external stakeholders;
• Ensure transparency of progress and delivery status to leadership and stakeholders through regular reporting;
• Continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working within the team;
• Support change management and adoption of new tools/practices where needed;
• Act as a communication bridge between business, technical, and vendor teams;
• Monitor and control project budget, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and ensuring cost efficiency;
• Apply business acumen to align delivery priorities with business value, ROI, and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in project or program management in IT/software development;
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), but also able to work with hybrid/waterfall approaches when needed;
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional development teams and delivering complex projects;
• Experience with budget monitoring, financial tracking, and cost control within projects;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with Jira/Confluence (or similar project management tools);
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and scope in a dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Comfortable working with distributed/remote teams;
• Solid business acumen: ability to understand business drivers, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure projects deliver measurable value;
• Upper-Intermediate English and higher (written and spoken);
• Upper-Intermediate Spanish and higher (written and spoken);
• Availability to travel abroad.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Salesforce, enterprise systems, or integration projects;
• Knowledge of SAFe or scaled Agile practices;
• Technical background or strong ability to grasp technical concepts.
  Experience in CPG / FMCG industry.
