Job (Project) Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist with strong expertise in pharmacovigilance (PV) systems, including Argus, Axway, Apex, BI Publisher, and related integrations. The role requires deep technical and regulatory knowledge, along with the ability to manage system configurations, customizations, and technical support activities for global ICSR submissions.

The specialist will be responsible for maintaining PV system stability, ensuring compliance with worldwide regulatory standards, supporting audits, and overseeing data quality and system-related issue resolution.

Essentials:

• Argus/ArisG
• PL/SQL is mandatory
• Bilingual Japanese-speaking professional
• Professional experience and strong knowledge with real time experience in Drug Safety Products from Oracle/Aris Global – Argus/ArisG
• Working knowledge of writing SQL queries and PL/SQL code
• Experience with any BI/reporting tools (PVR/ Cognos/ BI Publisher etc.)
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Job Duties:Key components of the Responsibilities are as mentioned below:

• Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication in both Japanese and English for requirements, clarifications, and status updates.
• Development and accountability of document deliverables (Requirement Documents, Design Documents, IQ/ OQ etc.)
• Design, build and implement reports for clients
• Conduct POCs to understand the effectiveness of the solution; incorporate feedback into the solution
• Closely work with clients to support implementation and resolve issues.
• Implement Quality measures to drive operational efficiencies and articulate the value to the customer.
• Participates or leads teams in the design, development and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
• Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals of cost effective solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction.
• Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.
• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems.
• Demonstrate strong ownership by driving tasks end-to-end, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and browser rendering specifics
• Experience with dashboard‑like interfaces or analytics systems
