Job (Project) Description:

We are looking for a Senior BI / Power BI Analyst to join an international team working on enterprise-scale analytics solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust BI and reporting solutions, primarily using Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server (On-Premises). You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights across a global organization.Locations:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in BI / Analytics development
  • 2+ years of Reporting and Analytics using Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server (On-Premises)
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server (On-Premises)
  • Proven experience working with Power BI On-Premise environments, including enterprise security and infrastructure constraints
  • Excellent knowledge of M Query, DAX, RLS
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and semantic layer design
  • Experience with data warehouse, data lake, and enterprise big data platforms
  • Mastery of SQL

  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Databricks
  • Experience with migrating BI solutions

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI and analytics solutions using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server (On-Premises).
  • Build efficient and scalable data models, semantic layers, and dimensional models to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Develop complex DAX measures, M Query transformations, and implement Row-Level Security (RLS).
  • Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise big data platforms to integrate and prepare data for reporting.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
  • Ensure performance optimization, security, and compliance within Power BI On-Premise environments.
  • Support and enhance existing BI solutions, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
